South Barn Preserves and Confectionary is a small family run business operating from a home kitchen in Minster, Thanet.

We not only believe in making good quality homemade products, but we love making products people like to eat.

We only use fresh ingredients and where possible source these locally, in turn supporting other small independent businesses.

We have been in operation since 2011 and are registered with the environmental health team at Thanet District Council with a food standards rating of 5.

Currently we are concentrating on our preserves and fudge range but we have and can do some other products to order.
